In our live-coached classes, we will incorporate weighted and bodyweight exercises, you choose between a low- or high-intensity interval training session, and receive coaching every second of the way!

Personal training sessions allow you to workout during a time that works with your schedule, receive a personalized set of exercises, and have a live, certified personal trainer with you.

Personal Training

IN-PERSON & ONLINE

One-on-one personal training sessions are the cornerstone of Aluna Fitness. I work closely with you to assess your goals, whether it’s to build strength, improve mobility, increase endurance, or simply feel healthier and more confident. Every session is uniquely crafted to target your needs and fitness level, with exercises that are both challenging and achievable.

Session Options

  • Private Training: One-on-one sessions at $175 per hour, tailored entirely to your fitness journey.

  • Semi-Private Training: Train with someone you know or let me pair you with an existing client in a 2:1 session or 3:1 session. A great way to stay motivated with a partner!


These sessions are perfect for clients looking for in-depth guidance and accountability, as well as those who prefer a fully personalized workout experience.

Online Group Classes

Join our live Zoom workouts- Tuesdays & Fridays at 10AM PST

Enjoy a dynamic 60-minute class, complete with a warm-up, challenging full-body exercises, and a cool-down. Train alongside a supportive group of fitness-focused individuals from the comfort of your home. Every session is live-coached, ensuring you stay motivated and engaged. What You Need for Class:

  • A set of dumbbells: Choose weights that suit your strength level; adjustable dumbbells work great.

  • Mini resistance bands: Great for adding extra challenge to certain exercises.

  • Mat or comfortable floor surface: For core work and stretching.

  • Water bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the session.

  • Space to move: Make sure you have enough room to stretch and perform exercises safely.

  • Positive energy: Bring your motivation and be ready to sweat!

Payment Information:

Classes are $35 per session. Payments can be made via Zelle or Venmo. Secure your spot and keep up with your fitness goals—just reach out to confirm your class and receive payment details!

For those who want flexibility without sacrificing results, I offer customized fitness programming through the TrueCoach app. This easy-to-use app provides you with a personalized workout plan, complete with video demonstrations, progress tracking, and in-app messaging for feedback and support. You’ll be able to access your workouts anytime, anywhere, whether you’re at home, in the gym, or on the go.
