Frequently Asked Questions

1. What type of clients do you work with?

I work with a wide range of clients, from teens to adults aged 30–85, including busy moms, older adults, and anyone looking to embrace a stronger, healthier lifestyle. My training approach is sustainable and adaptable, helping clients of all backgrounds feel confident, motivated, and excited about fitness.

2. Do I need to be fit to start personal training with you?

Not at all! My training is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re new to exercise or have experience. I focus on building a foundation that supports your progress, with workouts that are challenging yet achievable, so you can improve safely and at a pace that works for you.

3. What should I expect in a typical session?

Each session is tailored to your goals and fitness level, typically starting with a warm-up and moving into a mix of strength, mobility, and stability exercises. I emphasize proper form and adjust exercises to fit your abilities, helping you build strength, confidence, and endurance. We end with a cool-down to support recovery.

4. Do you offer virtual training options?

Yes! I offer virtual, live-coached classes twice a week, as well as customized one-on-one or group sessions via Zoom. This flexibility allows you to train with me from the comfort of your own home while still getting guided instruction and personalized feedback.

6. What do I need for a virtual session?

For virtual sessions, you’ll need a set of dumbbells, a mat or comfortable floor space, mini resistance bands, water, and enough room to move freely. I’ll guide you through the setup to make sure you’re ready to get the most out of each workout.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. This policy helps me maintain availability for other clients and ensures everyone has a fair opportunity to train.
